It is great there is an increasing amount of attention and information available for coaches about the menstrual cycle. We have worked with UK Coaching to help provide useful resources about the menstrual cycle in sport, this includes an overview of the menstrual cycle training and performance, some keywords to help understand factors related to the menstrual cycle, information to get started or the importance of creating a supportive environment where the menstrual cycle/periods can be openly discussed if needed.
